Southern Wild Pet Treats ships orders within Australia only. We pack and dispatch orders from Tasmania using reliable postal or courier services.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, sales events, or holiday periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Tasmania: usually 2–5 business days

  • Mainland Australia: usually 3–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised if available.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier service, we are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can review the issue.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted to arrange collection after the order is ready.
